Given the state of the Firearms Industry, Inventory everywhere can be limited. For many firearms we can have your gun within a week, some may be longer. You will know if there will be a wait before we take any money.
Oak Valley Firearms requires 100% advance payment before ordering a firearm. The firearm market is still very volatile. If a firearm is in stock at the time of your quote but falls out of stock before we are able to order it, you will be given the option of a full refund, or to move the transaction to backorder.
If the desired firearm is on backorder at the supplier, the gun can still be ordered. Advance payment is 50% minimum for a backorder firearms. If we do not have the firearm within 30 days, your payment can be refunded, or continue to be held. At the point that Oak Valley Firearms receives confirmation of shipment of the firearm, the 50% advance payment is no longer refundable.
An order that results in a DENIED background check will be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee and a $40 denial fee.
